Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Christchurch operation. You will oversee day-to-day branch activities, manage a dedicated team, and drive exceptional customer service, workshop and service operations, and commercial performance.

In this hands-on leadership role you will balance people management with operational leadership, build strong relationships with customers, and pursue growth opportunities while fostering a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a branch, service, workshop, or similar operational environment.
• Industry experience within automotive, heavy equipment, materials handling, transport, or a related sector.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on leader who enjoys supporting their team and staying involved in operations.
• Full New Zealand Driver's Licence

About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of a growing Christchurch operation, backed by a well-established and respected business with a strong reputation in the industry.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, leading a dedicated team while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and ongoing business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people management, customer relationships, workshop and service operations, and commercial performance.

Working closely with both staff and customers, you'll play a key role in driving branch success while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
