Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ – Canterbury NSW is seeking a Storeperson with a Counter Balance forklift licence for an immediate start based in Christchurch. Full time, Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm, offering 26.50–27.00 per hour plus 8% holiday pay.

Enjoy consistent weekly pay, free onsite parking, and a supportive team environment. The role involves picking orders, stock counts, loading/unloading trucks and operating the counterbalance forklift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehousing environment.
• Ideally experience with trade/building materials.
• Must hold a valid counter balance forklift licence.
• Be able to lift up to 25kg.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Proven reliability and attendance.
• Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders and preparing them for dispatch.
• Completing stock counts.
• Loading/unloading trucks.
• Operating the counterbalance forklift when required.
• Some interaction with truck drivers and tradespeople.
• Adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Put aways of building materials.
