Are you a driven, self-motivated professional with a passion for leadership and operations management? Lotus Commercial is looking for a Branch Manager to join our close-knit team and spearhead the expansion of our operations in the ACT.

About the Role:

As the Branch Manager, you'll report directly to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for managing and scheduling the branch’s activities. Initially, you will lead a small team, with the opportunity to grow the branch as we build our clientele. In the beginning you may be expected to pitch in on the tools if required. This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Trade Service Manager, Area Manager, or someone aspiring to move into Operations Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage both on-site and remote teams effectively.
• Safety First: Maintain exceptional knowledge of health & safety practices, with a strong focus on a safety-first attitude.
• Customer Focus: Handle complaints and solve problems with a customer-focused approach.
• Growth & Development: Drive growth, meet KPIs, and oversee the development of the branch.
• Hands-On Management: Supervise technicians in the field and train and develop your team.
• Tech-Savvy: Utilize your computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and customer database systems to manage daily operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in leading teams, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
• A successful track record in customer service, problem-solving, and meeting growth targets.
• A willingness to work in the field and develop a hands-on understanding of our operations.
• Experience in the trades or in people management is advantageous.
