Job summary

Manager required to oversee Braeside Branch operations, drive sales growth, ensure outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. You will report to the Area Manager and optimize procedures, profitability and overall branch success while leading a hands-on team.

The role emphasises staff training, performance management, OH&S compliance and maintaining a well‑presented store.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our Braeside Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring sales targets are met through growth, delivering exceptional customer service and building successful relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Area Manager you will focus on optimising operational procedures, overall sales and profitability of the Branch. Ideally, you will have strong product knowledge and experience in plumbing sales and distribution. The successful candidate will have great people skills and a hands-on leadership style with prior experience leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve company goals.
