Job summary

Fyshwick, ACT-based FMCG branch seeks an experienced operational leader to own the branch, oversee the warehouse and transport operations, and drive safety, efficiency, and customer service.

You will lead day-to-day performance, manage budgets and KPIs, and foster a positive, accountable team culture while ensuring high standards of safety, food quality and customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/food distribution leadership in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager tolead our client's operation in Fyshwick, ACT.

This is a hands-on leadership role with primaryresponsibility for the branch's warehouse and transport operations, ensuringproducts are received, stored and distributed efficiently while maintaininghigh standards across safety, food quality and customer service.

You will lead the day-to-day performance of thebranch, working closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure operationsrun efficiently and customer requirements are met.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experiencedoperational leader with a strong background in FMCG, food distribution or asimilar high-volume environment.

You will have proven experience leading warehouseand transport operations, along with strong people management skills and theability to balance safety, service, productivity and commercial performance.
