Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is recruiting an experienced Branch Manager for Fyshwick, ACT. You will own and lead the branch’s busy warehouse and transport operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage and distribution while upholding safety, quality and customer service standards.

You will drive day-to-day performance, oversee budgets and KPIs, coach a diverse team and maintain robust relationships with customers and suppliers. This hands-on leadership role is on-site in Fyshwick, ACT.

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager tolead our client's operation in Fyshwick, ACT.

This is a hands-on leadership role with primaryresponsibility for the branch's warehouse and transport operations, ensuringproducts are received, stored and distributed efficiently while maintaininghigh standards across safety, food quality and customer service.

You will lead the day-to-day performance of thebranch, working closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure operationsrun efficiently and customer requirements are met.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experiencedoperational leader with a strong background in FMCG, food distribution or asimilar high-volume environment.

You will have proven experience leading warehouseand transport operations, along with strong people management skills and theability to balance safety, service, productivity and commercial performance.
