Job summary

SIXT Australia is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a fast-paced operation at the Perth Airport site. You will steer the team to achieve sales targets, improve profitability, and optimize fleet performance while delivering premium customer service and overseeing cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales-led retail, operational management, or customer service.
• Car rental industry experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with clear communication.
• Commercial mindset with P&L responsibility and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, KPIs and profitability.
• Drive upsell and maximise fleet utilisation.
• Analyse performance trends and implement action plans.
• Coach, mentor and motivate a high-performing team.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Ensure premium customer service and resolve escalations quickly.
• Manage P&L and control costs.
• Optimize rostering to match demand and sales opportunities.
• Maintain fleet presentation and minimise downtime.
