Job summary

RDO Equipment Co is seeking a seasoned people leader to take the reins of the Emerald branch, overseeing Sales, Parts and Service and representing John Deere in the region.

You will build a high-performing team, strengthen customer relationships and drive growth while maintaining a values-led culture in a regional Queensland community. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong Agriculture industry experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams across Sales, Parts, Service or Operations.
• Commercial and business acumen including budget and performance management.
• Passion for people development, culture and leadership.
• Ability to build trust with customers, team members and the local community.
• Track record delivering results with a values-led culture.
