Hardings Hardware in Caboolture is seeking a reliable Branch Coordinator to join on a full-time basis. This role balances office tasks with hands-on operations, supporting the Branch Manager and serving customers face to face.

The position operates a 38-hour roster across Monday to Friday (weekends when required) and involves handling enquiries, deliveries, and yard duties with occasional travel to the Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a team-first mindset.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude with attention to detail.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Forklift licence is a big plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries and taking special orders.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate policies.
• Picking and packing orders for timely delivery.
• Assisting tradies to ensure fast and efficient service.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Travelling to the Gold Coast on the rare occasion.

Hardings Hardware is on the lookout for a reliable Branch Coordinator to join on a full-time basis, based in Caboolture office.

This role operates a 38-hour roster across Monday to Friday (weekends when required). You'll be supporting the Branch Manager with a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders to hands-on yard work. This includes picking and packing orders, and serving customers.

What you will be doing:

• Responding to customer enquiries and taking special orders
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate policies
• Picking and packing orders for timely delivery
• Assisting tradies to ensure fast and efficient service
• Replenishing stock and maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Travelling to the Gold Coast on the rare occasion

What you will bring:

• A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a team-first mindset
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• A current forklift licence is a big plus (but not essential)
• Timber and hardware knowledge is handy but we are happy to train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
• A current Forkflift Licence highly regarded
