Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver products to building sites in the area.

• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse and store teams to resolve issues.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery with correct quantities and quality.
• Assist with loading/unloading using forklifts and manual handling as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment per WHS standards.
• Complete delivery paperwork and update systems accurately.

About The Role

Are you a skilled and reliable Driver looking for a fulfilling role with a reputable company? Our Hardings / Hudson Caboolture business is seeking a dedicated Driver team member to join our team on a full-time basis. You will enjoy a stable 38-hour week work schedule working, Monday to Friday. You will provide excellent customer service and be relied upon to work in an unsupervised environment. You will hold a current car license and a HR licence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver products to building sites across the surrounding areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliveries to support smooth daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and store teams to coordinate deliveries and quickly resolve any issues.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring correct quantities, product quality, and safe load restraint.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and manual handling where required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with WHS standards.
• Complete delivery paperwork and basic system updates accurately and efficiently.

What You Will Bring

• Current and valid Car Licence - essential
• HR Licence – essential
• Forklift Licence, Heavy Combination, Crane Competency - high regarded
• Experience picking and packing orders in a warehouse, trade, or building supplies environment (highly regarded).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling (some heavy lifting required).
• Ability to confidently deliver to active building sites and follow site safety requirements.
• A reliable, team‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
