Job summary

Hutcheon and Pearce is seeking a highly organized, customer‑focused team member for our NSW branch to support Service, Parts and Administration functions. You will coordinate service jobs, assist with parts sales and provide day‑to‑day branch support.

This hands‑on role suits someone with strong attention to detail who can handle multiple priorities in a busy environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service jobs, provide parts and service support, and manage daily branch operations.
  • Assist customers from enquiry to job completion, including quotes and scheduling.
  • Support Service Manager, ensure efficient job coordination.
  • Maintain showroom displays and marketing materials.
  • Provide admin support across Service, Parts and branch files.
  • Welcome customers, answer calls and ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with branch administration, events, correspondence and supplies.

Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused team member to join our branch in a varied role supporting our Service, Parts and Administration functions. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping coordinate service jobs, provide parts and service support, and ensure the day-to-day operations of the branch run smoothly.

About the Role:

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customers throughout the service process, from initial enquiries through to job completion, including work orders, quotes, warranty claims and job scheduling.
  • Using your technical knowledge to assist the Service Manager and ensure jobs are coordinated efficiently.
  • Supporting parts sales, researching customer requirements, managing inventory and assisting with deliveries and merchandise.
  • Maintaining an organised and welcoming showroom, including displays and marketing materials.
  • Providing general administrative support across the Service, Parts and wider branch, including timesheets, invoices, records and dealership files.
  • Welcoming customers and visitors, managing incoming calls and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assisting with branch administration, events, correspondence, mail and office supplies.
About You:

Previous experience in an administrative and/or service advisor role or similar

  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Positive attitude towards customer service
  • Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Sales and Service Advisor software
  • Understanding of office procedures, data entry and technical terms
  • Capable in accounting and reconciliation
