Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Basic data entry and inventory handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with parts and inquiries.
• Promote and sell products and services.
• Handle parts sales and customer enquiries.
• Place stock orders and provide parts advice.
• Receive inter-shipments and assist with inventory placement.
• Follow up on back orders and shortages.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Service Technicians with parts
• Promote and sell products and services
• Handle parts sales and customer enquiries
• Place stock orders and provide parts advice
• Receipt in-shipments and assist with inventory placement
• Follow up on back orders and shortages
• Assist with admin and ad hoc duties

• Forklift licence preferred (we can help you get one!)
