Job summary

Hutcheon & Pearce is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in NSW. You will connect customers with technicians and ensure smooth service processes from booking to completion, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will build strong client relationships, manage quotes, schedule work, and coordinate with trades to keep progress on track while addressing warranty claims and invoicing needs.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of our service operation, connecting customers with our technicians and making sure every job runs smoothly from booking through to completion.

Your day will include:

• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their service needs
• Preparing clear, accurate and competitive service quotes
• Booking jobs and managing the workshop schedule
• Coordinating with technicians to keep jobs progressing and customers informed
• Managing warranty claims and product improvement campaigns
• Reviewing repair orders and preparing accurate service invoices
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
• Monitoring service performance and using data to identify opportunities to improve
• Helping create an exceptional customer experience, every time

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who isorganised, personable and proactive— someone who enjoys dealing with customers and is just as comfortable managing the administration behind the scenes.

You’ll bring:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and business systems
• A positive, practical and solutions-focused attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team

Experience inagriculture, construction, mining or automotivewould be highly regarded.

You don’t necessarily need to be trade qualified —industry knowledge and mechanical understanding are a bonus, not a must.What matters most is your ability to look after customers, stay organised and keep things moving.
