Job summary

NAB in Gladstone is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to deliver a seamless, personalized banking experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers and help them choose the right accounts and services.

This role emphasizes customer-centric thinking, accuracy in transactions, and embracing self-service and digital banking options to make banking simple and secure. Training will be provided, with full-time onboarding before settling into a four‑day, 9:00am–2:00pm pattern.

• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
