Job summary

Tradelink Morwell is seeking a Branch Assistant to support the day-to-day branch operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service in a hands-on, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, trade, wholesale or customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Forklift licence (desirable)

About the Role

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous retail, trade, wholesale or customer service experience

• Experience handling cash and financial transactions
• Sound computer and intermediate IT skills
• A willingness to be hands-on and support all areas of the branch
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
