We are seeking a diligent and organised Branch Assistant / Delivery Driver to join our team at Tradelink in Townsville, QLD. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth running of our local branch, providing vital support to the branch manager and team.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the daily operations and administrative tasks of the branch
• Receiving and processing customer orders and enquiries efficiently
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Deliveries and liaising with customers
• Providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
• Supporting the branch manager with any other duties as required

What we're looking for

• Prior experience working in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment. Experience preferable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using standard office software and inventory management systems
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
