Job summary

SHEIKE is seeking a Boutique Leader to drive a high-performing Sydney boutique, delivering exceptional customer experiences, strong sales, and a positive team culture. You will lead styling, product knowledge and service behaviours to bring the brand to life on the floor.

You will recruit, coach and develop a frontline team, manage rostering, stock integrity and visual standards, and translate insights into actions that improve conversion and ATV.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actions.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills to develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences aligned to the SHEIKE brand.
• Lead styling, product knowledge and service behaviours on the floor.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing Boutique team.
• Manage rostering, stock integrity and visual standards to drive store performance.
• Drive conversion, ATV and other key metrics through coaching and action planning.
