L’Occitane en Provence Australia is seeking a dedicated Boutique Manager to lead the Doncaster boutique in Melbourne. You will inspire a high-performing team, oversee daily operations and deliver an elevated guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar retail management role.
• Experience as an assistant manager or similar.

• Understanding of KPIs and ability to analyse figures.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.

About the role:

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate full time Boutique Manager to lead the daily operations of our Doncaster Boutique. In this key role, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the boutique’s operations
• Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
• Administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You:

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a role within a similar retail business
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Understanding of KPI’s and the ability to analyse and report figures
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
