Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Exceptional ability to guide and develop others, fostering confidence, collaboration and growth.

• Highly organised with the ability to balance presentation with day-to-day operations.
• Strategic and commercially minded, turning data and insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily rhythm of the boutique and set the standard for an elevated client experience.

• Own the day-to-day presentation and inventory, ensuring a beautifully curated environment.
