Brand Collective in Adelaide area seeks a Boutique Manager for Elka Collective Burnside to lead daily store operations and deliver a premium customer experience. The role focuses on inspiring the team, driving sales, maintaining visuals, and ensuring a seamless luxury in-store environment.

You will mentor staff, manage rosters and stock, and analyse performance to implement effective strategies. This is a fixed-term opportunity through January 2028.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit sales targets.
• Create a warm, personalised in-store experience aligned with Brand Collective/Elka Collective values.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, rosters, and cash handling.
• Analyse sales reports and drive business performance through effective strategies.
• Oversee visual merchandising to reflect seasonal campaigns and brand standards.
• Recruit, train and develop team members to foster a high-performing culture.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and deliveries with accuracy.
