CAMILLA is seeking a dynamic Boutique Manager to lead our Burnside Boutique on a full-time fixed term basis, shaping sales, client experiences, operations and people. This role requires commercially minded leadership with a flair for styling and a passion for developing a high-performing team.

You will drive performance through data-led decisions, exceptional service and strategic visual merchandising, while upholding CAMILLA's aesthetic and values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a luxury or premium fashion retail team.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent styling and storytelling flair.
• Proven coaching and development of high-performing teams.
• Expert multitasker balancing operations, people, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing Boutique Tribe.
• Drive sales, manage P&L, and meet targets.
• Deliver luxury-level client experiences.
• Oversee operations, rostering, and inventory control.
• Visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Community events and local client engagement.
