Reloved, the boutique fashion store of Pink Finss Charity, in Windsor, is seeking a hands-on Boutique Manager to lead daily operations, engage volunteers and ensure an exceptional customer experience for every visitor.

You will drive strong sales through visual merchandising, stock presentation and promotions, mentor the volunteer team, and collaborate with the charity to support Hawkesbury families in need.

Formación

• Experience in retail management or boutique retail.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling and visual merchandising.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
• Organised, detail-oriented and sales-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Reloved Boutique.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build community relationships.
• Lead, train and engage a team of volunteers.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage stock by selecting and merchandising pre-loved fashion.
• Refresh stock and maximise sales.
• Monitor sales and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Coordinate in-store promotions, events and social media content with Pink Finss.
• Ensure pricing, tagging and stock management are accurate.
