L’Occitane En Provence is seeking a full-time Boutique Manager to lead the Chermside Boutique in Brisbane, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales. You will guide a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, manage stock, and oversee weekly reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in retail, prior assistant management, excellent communication, and a passion for skincare. This role offers career progression and a generous discount program.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a similar retail role.
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPIs and ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate full time Boutique Manager to lead the daily operations of our Chermside Boutique. In this key role, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
