L’Occitane En Provence in Western Australia seeks a Full-Time Boutique Manager to lead the Carousel Boutique, guiding a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee all boutique operations, drive sales targets, manage stock and merchandising, and contribute to a positive team culture. The package includes generous staff discounts, product allowances, incentives, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail role.
• Experience in an assistant/managerial role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPIs and ability to analyze and report figures.

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Boutique Manager to lead the daily operations of our Carousel Boutique. In this key role, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations
• Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
• Administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
