L’Occitane En Provence in Sydney Centrepoint is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager, drive daily operations and deliver an elevated guest experience.

You will coach a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, manage stock and visual merchandising, and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar retail role or environment.
• Experience as an assistant manager or in a management capacity is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player who can motivate and develop others.
• Ability to analyse and report KPI data and sales figures.
• Skincare knowledge is advantageous.

About The Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ready to take the next step in your retail journey? We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Sydney Centrepoint Boutique. In this key role, you’ll support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique
• Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
