Paspaley in Adelaide is seeking a Boutique Host to join our luxury retail team. You will welcome clients, offer refreshments, and maintain a welcoming, high‑end environment in our boutique, ensuring every guest feels valued from entry to exit.

With experience in luxury or premium retail and a genuine interest in fine jewellery, you will support the client journey, assist with appointments and events, and collaborate with the team to uphold our brand's exquisite standards and service excellence.

• Experience in luxury or premium retail, hospitality, or high‑touch client service.
• Composed presence, impeccable presentation, and natural communication.
• Curiosity about craftsmanship and fine jewellery.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and memorable first impression by welcoming customers and ensuring they feel valued from entry.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by offering refreshments and a luxurious environment.
• Support the smooth flow of appointments and walk-ins during busy periods.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors to ensure seamless transitions along the customer journey.
• Monitor customer wait times and provide timely updates as needed.
• Maintain boutique presentation and ensure customer areas are welcoming and beautifully presented.
• Assist with boutique events and activations throughout the season.
• Work with the team to uphold Paspaley's luxury standards.

• Create a warm and memorable first impression by welcoming customers and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the boutique.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by offering refreshments and creating a comfortable, luxurious environment for clients.
• Support the seamless flow of appointments and walk-in customers during busy trading periods.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors to ensure smooth transitions throughout the customer journey.
• Monitor customer wait times and provide timely updates where required.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, ensuring customer areas are always welcoming and beautifully presented.
• Support boutique events and activations throughout the seasonal period.
• Work collaboratively with the boutique team to deliver exceptional service and uphold Paspaley's luxury standards.
