Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in Ultimo, Sydney, seeks an experienced practice manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of a boutique ENT clinic. You will lead a small team and coordinate patient care, appointments and general practice operations.

Working Tuesday to Friday for a four-day week, the role offers an hourly rate of $45–$65 plus super, depending on experience, with a supportive, close-knit team and a focus on high-quality patient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical practice management or senior medical administration.
• Strong organisational skills for day-to-day operations.
• Experience supervising administrative team members.
• Excellent communication with a professional, patient-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence working independently within a small specialist practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day administration and operation of the practice.
• Lead, coordinate and provide support to two part-time team members.
• Manage patient enquiries, appointments and general practice administration.
• Maintain accurate patient and practice information using Genie software.
• Support efficient workflows and ensure a high standard of patient service.
• Coordinate general office requirements and resolve day-to-day operational matters.
• Work closely with the specialist to support ongoing needs of the practice.
