Job summary

Vinpac in the Barossa Valley invites applications for a Production Operator to operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring safety and product quality. You will test samples, follow standardised work, and keep the workspace clean while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

The role requires willingness to work a three-week roster with rotating shifts: 8am-4pm, 12am-8am, 4pm-12am. Prior experience in manufacturing is highly regarded and a strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery and following standardised work procedures is preferred.
• Attention to detail to preserve product quality during testing and packaging.
• Committed to safety and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous manufacturing machine operation highly regarded
• Be willing to work a three week roster with rotating shift times: 8am-4pm, 12am-8am, 4pm-12am

• Able to follow standardised work & safety accurately

Candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical as part of the recruitment process
