Job summary

Endeavour Group's Vinpac Angaston site is seeking a Supply Coordinator to manage purchasing, stock control, and supplier coordination. Based in Angaston, you will handle day-to-day goods ordering, inventory management, and forecast communications with suppliers within a high-performing FMCG environment.

You’ll contribute to procurement projects and tenders, maintain safety stock for top SKUs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth bottling operations.

Qualifications

• ERP system experience required.
• FMCG procurement or supply chain experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to stay focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Day to day running of the required goods ordering.
• Manage incoming goods and warehouse capacity expectations.
• Maintain safety stocks of top SKUs and adjust for demand changes.
• Monitor production changes and coordinate deliveries accordingly.
• Coordinate dry goods with third party bottlers for overflow.
• Investigate quality issues and organise stock returns or disposals.
• Support Procurement Manager in projects and tenders.
• Review and provide forecasts to suppliers.
• Coordinate artwork with internal stakeholders and customers from conception to production.

About The Role

As a Supply Coordinator, you’ll support our operations by purchasing equipment, goods, services and supplies required for Vinpac Angaston.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role.

• Day to day running of the required goods ordering.
• Manage incoming goods and warehouse capacity expectations effectively.
• Keep safety stocks of top SKU's and adjust accordingly with fluctuations for requirements.
• Monitor all production changes as they are identified, ensuring to capture movements forward or outward and amend deliveries accordingly.
• Manage Dry Goods going to third party bottlers for bottling overflow.
• Investigate any quality issues and organise stock returns or disposals as required.
• Support the Procurement Manager in projects & tenders.
• Review and provide forecasts to suppliers.
• Coordinate artwork with internal stakeholders & customers from conception to production.
