Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Logistics Operator for Vinpac Angaston on a full-time basis. You will operate forklifts, manage freight scanning, and maintain MHE checks across a fast-paced environment within our Barossa/McLaren Vale facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and strong customer focus, with a rotating three-week roster and opportunities to contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• LF High Risk Licence is required.
• Be prepared to work a three-week roster with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and ensure product is stored quickly and correctly.
• Ensure all freight is scanned and sorted daily.
• Perform daily checks on MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
• Follow Nexday processes and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with teammates to contribute to a positive culture.
• Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Maintain positive relationships with delivery drivers and customers.

Operating out of three facilities in the iconic Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale wine regions, our passionate team is committed to providing trusted solutions to our customers. Our team is driven to innovate and challenge the status quo, with continuous improvement at the forefront of all that we do.

• Operate forklifts and ensure product is stored quickly and correctly
• Ensure all freight is scanned and sorted every day
• Work on making sure all checks are carried out on MHE (Material Handling Equipment) daily
• Ensure all Nexday (freight portal) processes and procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all team members
• Use a collaborative approach and make positive contributions to our team culture
• Work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Maintain positive relationships with delivery drivers and customers alike

What do we need from you

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Be willing to work a three week roster with rotating shift times
• Have an excellent attendance record
• Hold a current LF High Risk Licence
• Self-motivated with a great work ethic
• Have high personal standards and great attention to detail
• Passionate with regard to quality, safety and customer focus
• Able to follow standardised work accurately
