Job summary

LSKD is seeking a Head Coach (Store Manager) for Bondi Junction to lead our NSW Flag and champion local community marketing in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. You will drive brand growth, coach your team, and grow local connections while delivering premium product storytelling.

With 1% better every day as a guiding principle, you’ll collaborate with the retail leadership team to expand across NSW & ACT, build a strong talent pipeline, and steer store performance to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience with high-volume flagship spaces or multi-site/cluster operations.
• Proven ability to drive community-focused marketing and brand growth.
• Willingness to work Tue–Sat in full-time capacity.

Responsibilities

• Create local community marketing plans and execute events, sessions, and partnerships.
• Coach and develop store team to think entrepreneurially and progress professionally.
• Lead daily operations, inventory accuracy, and weekly VM standards; manage rostering and wage targets.
• Drive product knowledge and authentic education-based selling with premium VM storytelling.
• Track store performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximise profitability.
• Foster a culture aligned with 1% better every day and ensure strong HQ-store communication.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE MOVES

• Create a Community: Collaborate with Community Marketing to create impactful quarterly plans. Drive the team to execute localised events, sweat sessions, and local athlete partnerships that turn customers into brand advocates.

• Develop a Team of Leaders: Coach and mentor your store team to think like entrepreneurs. Build a solid talent pipeline, guide development through hands on training and coaching, and drive team progression.

• Coach Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations, inventory accuracy, and weekly VM standards. Own smart rostering, hit wage targets, and align team traffic flow to boost store productivity.

• Be Product Obsessed: Coach from the front in product knowledge across our core and seasonal ranges. Ensure the team runs fit sessions to deliver authentic, education-based selling and premium VM storytelling.

• Financial Smarts: Lead store performance tracking and deep-dive into store P&Ls. Analyse sales trends, manage store budgets, and track KPIs to maximise profitability.

• Drive Culture & Leadership Development: Foster a culture grounded in our mission to be 1% Better Every Day. Act as the vital link between HQ and your store team, coaching your team through their own personal growth journeys while driving seamless communication.
