LSKD is seeking a high-performing Retail Store Manager (Head Coach) for Bondi Junction to lead our NSW flagship store and drive local community engagement. You will coach the team, manage daily store operations, and champion product storytelling across core and seasonal ranges.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Flagship/high-volume operations experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive local community growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a Community: partner with Community Marketing to plan and execute local events and athlete partnerships.
• Develop a Team of Leaders: mentor store team, build talent pipeline, and drive progression.
• Coach Operational Excellence: lead daily operations, inventory accuracy, rostering, and wage targets.
• Be Product Obsessed: lead product knowledge and education-based selling.
• Financial Smarts: track store performance, manage budgets, and analyse KPIs for profitability.
• Drive Culture & Leadership Development: align HQ with store team and foster growth.
