LSKD is seeking a visionary Head Coach (Store Manager) to lead our Bondi Junction team and drive local engagement in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

You will coach your store crew, develop leaders, manage daily operations and execute local partnerships to elevate brand presence as LSKD expands across NSW & ACT. This role champions a fast-paced, collaborative culture and community-first growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume flagship spaces or multi-site operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn a business strategy into a community movement.
• Passion for health and movement and living the LSKD lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Create a Community: collaborate with Community Marketing to execute local events, sweat sessions and athlete partnerships.
• Develop a Team of Leaders: coach and mentor store team, build talent pipelines, and drive progression.
• Coach Operational Excellence: lead daily operations, inventory accuracy, and rostering.
• Be Product Obsessed: lead product knowledge and education-based selling with premium VM storytelling.
• Financial Smarts: track store performance, budgets and KPIs to maximise profitability.
• Drive Culture & Leadership Development: uphold the 1% Better Everyday mission and ensure clear HQ-store communication.
