Job summary

LSKD is seeking a Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to co-lead our flagship Pacific Fair store and serve as the VM Lead. You will own the visual story, drive campaigns, and mentor a high-performing team in an immersive retail environment.

In this role you will collaborate with the Head Coach and leadership team to execute retail strategy, hit growth goals, and elevate the customer experience across a premium, community-driven brand.

We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to co-lead our flagship team at Pacific Fair and serve as ourVM Lead. As our top door in our home state, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in close proximity to our Logan HQ while setting the aesthetic and operational standard for the Queensland flagship space.

Job Description

So... what does the world of a Deputy Coach look like?

• Support & Drive the Mission: Work side-by-side with the Head Coach and Deputy Coach to manage the business, execute retail strategy, and hit your store's growth goals.
• Lead Visual Merchandising & Local Strategy: Own weekly VM flips and execute ad hoc store adjustments tailored to your local community's needs, while continuously upskilling and coaching your team to maintain world-classVM standards.
• Build & Develop Your Team: Hand-pick, onboard, and develop a world-class team of Educators, creating an inclusive environment where differences are celebrated.
• Coach Your Team Daily: Run daily game plans and give real-time, constructive feedback that inspires the team to get 1% better every day.
• Be the Product Expert: Master our entire range of fabrics, fits, and styles, and ensure your team has the deep knowledge to educate our community authentically.
• Set the Standard:. Own the standard of the store - from premium visual merchandising and flawless open/close routines to keeping the back-of-house organised and accountable.
• Know Your Numbers: Read your daily and weekly KPIs, track metrics like AOV, UPT, and conversion, and deliver sharp reflections with clear actions for improvement.
