Consistent work across multiple sites
As a Boilermaker, you'll work across mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin and Mackay region, on a variety of rosters to suit operational needs.
Fabricating, repairing and modifying structural and plant components on CHPP, dragline and HME equipment.
Carrying out shutdown, breakdown and planned maintenance work.
Welding, cutting, fitting and repairing to spec and quality standards.
Reading drawings and working from job scopes with minimal supervision.
Upholding safety standards and delivering quality workmanship in remote field settings.
Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
Australian & NZ citizens only
Proven experience on HME, Draglines & CHPP
Current site inductions and tickets (e.g. Standard 11, working at heights, confined space) highly regarded
Strong independent worker, comfortable in remote, field-based roles
