Job summary

Douglas Metals & Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking experienced boilermakers and welders for both workshop and site work on the Gold Coast region, with travel between Southern GC and North Brisbane. Apprentices are encouraged to apply, and roles include site welding, installation, and teamwork to ensure high safety standards on every job.

Applicants should have MIG/TIG and Stick welding skills, a White Card, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• MIG/TIG & Stick welding experience required.
• White Card, Working at Heights, and EWP/Boom over 11m are preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with high safety standards.

Douglas Metals & Engineering Pty Ltd are a family owned and operated fabrication company looking for experienced boilermakers and welders to join our team, apprentices encouraged to apply also.

This role is both workshop and sitework based, travel ranging from Southern GC to North Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site welding and installation
• Ability to work autonomously & in a team
• Ensure work areas are of a high standard, adhering to WHS regulations
• MUST have experience using MIG/TIG & Stick
