voestalpine Railway Systems Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Boilermaker/Welder to join our Bathurst team. This full-time role reports to the Production Manager and involves fabrication, welding and assembly within the production team.

You will work with MIG, TIG and stick welding on a variety of materials, reading technical drawings, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards while following safety protocols in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications as a Boilermaker/Welder, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Expertise in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques, with the ability to work on a variety of materials
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to technical specifications
• A commitment to safety and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
