Job summary

Conweld is hiring a Cert III Boilermaker/Sheetmetal worker/Boat builder for our workshop in Australia. Immediate start, casual role at $33/hr, 38 hours per week with possible overtime. Four-day week (Mon-Thu) with overtime on Fridays as required.

Opportunity to move to permanent employment for the right candidate. Flexible environment and above award wage. Requirements include Sheetmetal shop fabrication, interpretation of shop drawings, alloy component fabrication, team work, safety awareness

We are currently seekingCert III Qualified Boilermakers/Sheetmetal workers and Boat builders for our workshop.

About the company

Conweld is focused on delivering High end quality Alloy ute trays, Canopies to the 4x4 industry and the retired tourist, while our partnering company Platinum Plate Boats is seeking a Trade qualified boat builder to deliver the same high end quality products.

About the position

IMMEDIATE START: This is a casual position starting at $33/hr, working 38 hours per week in our workshop,with possible overtime. This position will lead into permanent work for the right applicant.

4 day working week, Monday to Thursday, overtime Friday as demand necessitates.
