Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking experienced Workshop and Site Boilermakers for an immediate start in Tingalpa, Brisbane. You will handle a wide range of welding, fabrication, fitting and installation tasks across diverse projects.

Roles involve MIG/TIG/Flux-Core/Stick welding on different steels with the potential for long‑term progression. Must read drawings, bring own tools and be available for overtime and a stable, ongoing position.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Boilermaker with workshop or site experience.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.

Workshop & Site Boilermakers Required for an Immediate Start | Permanent Role | Tingalpa

Join a leading company that works with everyone from the bloke needing a small repair through to large commercial and industrial clients across a huge range of industries. Their attitude is simple: no job is too big or too small.

The variety of work is massive, covering Fixed & Mobile Plant, Structural, Construction, Marine & Port, Agricultural, Cement, Concrete, Quarry, Sand & Grain, and Mining industries.

The Role:

• A huge variety of welding, fabrication, fitting and installation work across a broad range of projects


• MIG, TIG, Flux-Core and Stick welding on various types of steel


• Bonus points if you've worked with Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium


• Read and work from technical drawings without needing your hand held


• Standard hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm, with plenty of overtime available for those chasing extra coin

About You:

• Trade qualified Boilermaker with workshop and/or site experience


• Great attitude, reliable and knows how to have a laugh while getting the job done


• Strong all-round fabrication, welding, fitting and installation skills


• Able to read and work from technical drawings


• Comfortable welding from 3mm upwards


• Strong commitment to safety and PPE requirements


• Available for an immediate start


• Looking for long-term work, not just somewhere to hide between jobs


• Own tools and reliable transport
