Job summary

Kings Engineering, part of The Bloomfield Group, invites experienced Boilermakers to join a high-performing team in Rutherford, NSW. Casual opportunities offer competitive hourly rates with 25% casual loading and additional site rates.

Responsibilities include safe fabrication, maintenance and breakdown support on mobile and fixed plant across underground and open-cut mining environments. NSW Driver’s licence and relevant tickets are required.

Qualifications

• Fabrication trade qualification with 3+ years post-trade experience in heavy industry/mining.
• High Risk WorkCover tickets: forklift, work platform, and heights.
• MDG25 guidelines for safe cutting/welding in mines.
• Welding certifications to AS1796.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and perform oxy/plasma cutting, grinding and gouging.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, quality fabrication services to customers with high efficiency.
• Meet targets with safety as a priority.
• Provide maintenance/breakdown support on mobile and fixed plant.
• Support underground and open-cut equipment maintenance and fabrication.
• Demonstrate excellent housekeeping and equipment care.
• Commit to safe work practices in mining environments.
