Job summary

RCR Mining Technologies is seeking skilled Boilermakers and Welders to join our Welshpool team on a permanent or casual full-time basis. You will work on the fabrication of structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping packages for heavy mining equipment.

Day and Afternoon shifts are available with competitive hourly rates and benefits including Income Protection, Life Insurance, and Private Health Insurance discounts. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Boilermaker or Welder.
• Able to pass a 3G/4G weld test.
• Strong Flux Core (FCAW) welding skills.
• Experience with MMAM, SMAW, SAW, GTAW welding processes.
• High Risk Licence – Dogging or Rigging (Essential).
• Good understanding of weld preps and procedures.
• Can read drawings and work to fine tolerances.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a good team player.
• Physically fit and able to do hands-on work.
