Job summary

KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd in Gladstone is seeking a motivated Boilermaker to join our hands-on workshop team on a 5/2 roster. This role involves fabrication, repairs and maintenance across our mechanical workshop operations, with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Camp accommodation is provided and the position is DIDO only. You will work with a fast-paced team to help deliver high standards and continuous improvement, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate (Boilermaker) required.
• Manual driver’s licence required.
• Standard 11 (or willing to obtain).
• Gas Test Atmospheres / Working at Heights / Confined Space (completed within two years) desirable.

KAEFER Integrated Services is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Gladstone team as a Boilermaker. This hands‑on role offers a varied and dynamic working environment across our mechanical workshop operations, where no two days are the same.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is offered on a 5 & 2 roster, working Monday-Friday.

Camp accommodation is provided, and this role is DIDO only.

Working as part of a collaborative and fast‑paced team, you will play an important role in supporting workshop operations and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing general fabrication, repairs and maintenance
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workspace
• Assisting other trades personnel as required
• Collecting, organising and managing workshop materials

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously
• Manual driver’s licence
• Trade certificate (Boilermaker)
• Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
• Coal Board Medical (desirable)
• Working at Heights (completed within two years)
• Confined Space (completed within two years)
• Gas Test Atmospheres (completed within two years)
