Job summary

KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd in Gladstone is seeking a Scaffold Labourer for a full-time role across both the scaffold yard and the mechanical workshop. The position requires a minimum of 38 hours per week with flexibility as the team needs.

You will help keep the yard and workshop running smoothly in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have HRWL certifications (Forklift, Scaffold, Gantry Crane) and a MR/HR driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience with scaffold materials in yard operations.
• Ability to work across yard and workshop.
• HRWL certifications and a valid MR/HR licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stocktakes of scaffold materials.
• Pick, pack, strap and load orders for site delivery.
• Maintain accurate material pick sheets for deliveries and returns.
• Daily housekeeping to maintain a safe, organised workspace.
• Assist trades personnel as required.
• Collect and manage materials and consumables.

Job description

KAEFER Integrated Services is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in Gladstone, as a Scaffold Labourer. This is a full time, hands-on, varied role that sits across both our scaffold yard and mechanical workshop operations, offering the right person a dynamic day-to-day environment where no two days are the same.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full time position with a minimum of 38 hours per week. Hours of work may vary and flexibility is essential. We are looking for someone who is ready to step up when the team needs it most

Working as part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, you will play an important part in keeping our yard and workshop running smoothly and efficiently.

Your scaffold yard responsibilities will include:

• Conducting accurate stocktakes of scaffold materials
• Picking, packing, strapping and loading orders for site delivery
• Maintaining accurate material pick sheets for deliveries and returns

Your mechanical workshop responsibilities will include:

• Daily housekeeping to maintain a safe and organised workspace
• Assisting trades personnel as required
• Collecting and managing materials and consumables

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously
• HRWL (Forklift)
• HRWL Basic Scaffold, or prior experience working with scaffold materials
• MR or HR drivers licence (Highly Regarded)
• HRWL (CB Gantry Crane) (Highly Regarded)
