You will manage subcontractors, procurement, client relations, and commercial aspects, with training available for Niagara Niagara N4; the position offers a vehicle option and growth into leading a team on technically

Competenze

• Experience delivering end-to-end engineering on BMS projects.
• Strong project coordination and client liaison skills.
• Knowledge of BMS hardware and software, especially Niagara Tridium (Niagara N4) is a plus.
• Subcontractor procurement and payment experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Solutions design, FD drawings, and points lists for BMS projects.
• Equipment selection, programming, graphics, and commissioning.
• Commercial and contractual management of projects, including variations and claims.
• Client and subcontractor management across Melbourne sites and remote work.
