Qualifications

• 5+ years of BMS/HVAC project work.
• Experience with BMS systems and project leadership.
• Knowledge of Tridium, Honeywell, Ismen, Distech, or Niagara 4.10.

Responsibilities

• Start to finish project management for BMS projects.
• Commissioning of all finished projects.
• Lead a team of 6+ to ensure a smooth process.
• Budget management with detailed reporting.
