BMS/SCADA Project Lead — Data Centre & Industrial Infra

Job summary

Crossmuller is delivering complex data centre, infrastructure and building services projects across Australia. You will lead delivery from planning through handover, coordinating builders, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to meet safety, time and budget targets.

Successful candidates will balance technical project delivery with strong commercial and stakeholder management, developing client relationships and driving project performance in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience delivering BMS/SCADA or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of project contracts, commercial negotiations and risk management.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control and reporting.
• Experience administering variations, claims and contractual requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including builders, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Strong leadership skills coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and project delivery capability.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering electrical, controls, automation or building services projects.
• Understanding of mission-critical environments and data centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across all phases from planning to handover.
• Coordinate builders, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budget/quality standards.
• Be the key client/stakeholder contact and manage contractual obligations.
• Oversee commercial negotiations, budgets, variations and risk management.
