Job summary

Agri Talent Pty is seeking an experienced grower to join an established blueberry operation in Queensland’s Toowoomba Region. The role offers hands-on responsibility for planning production programs, irrigation, nutrition, and crop protection, while supporting nursery management and ongoing crop development.

You will monitor crop health, anticipate seasonal challenges and collaborate with farm teams to optimise quality and yield, contributing to the business’s growth and long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in commercial blueberry production or similar horticultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation, fertigation, pruning, crop nutrition, and pest and disease management.
• Understanding of crop health, plant development, and seasonal growing requirements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Ability to make informed growing decisions and work collaboratively with farm teams.
