Job summary

Agri Talent Pty is seeking a seasoned Farm Manager for a premier blueberry operation in Mundubbera, Queensland. This hands-on leadership role blends practical growing expertise with operational oversight to drive production performance.

You will oversee pruning, irrigation, fertigation, crop nutrition and crop protection, coordinate daily farm activities, lead teams, and plan for seasonal needs to support quality and yield. Excellent salary package based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial blueberry production or related horticulture.
• Understanding of irrigation, fertigation, crop nutrition, pruning and pest/disease management.
• Experience coordinating farm operations, people and seasonal production activities.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence making operational decisions and taking ownership of farm performance.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available to take on a key farm management role within an established commercial blueberry operation in Mundubbera, Queensland. Combining hands-on growing expertise with operational leadership, this position offers the chance to influence farm performance and contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business.

Skills & Experience
