Job summary

Agri Talent Pty is seeking a seasoned Farm Manager for a commercial blueberry operation near Crows Nest, in Queensland's Toowoomba Region. You will combine hands-on growing expertise with operational leadership to influence farm performance and support ongoing growth.

Responsibilities include overseeing pruning, irrigation, fertigation, crop nutrition, pest and disease management, and coordinating daily farm operations while developing teams and ensuring safe, productive work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial blueberry production or related horticulture.
• Sound understanding of irrigation, fertigation, crop nutrition, pruning and pest/disease management.
• Experience coordinating farm operations, people and seasonal activities.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence making operational decisions and ownership of farm performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to longer-term farm planning.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available to take on a key farm management role within an established commercial blueberry operation near Crows Nest, in Queensland's Toowoomba Region. Combining hands-on growing expertise with operational leadership, this position offers the chance to influence farm performance and contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business.
