Job summary

Evolve Scientific in Pemulwuy, NSW, is seeking 3 Moulder Technicians to join a high-volume blow moulding operation. You will help run and optimise lines, ensure safety, quality and output targets, and troubleshoot equipment faults across vision inspection, leak testers and conveyors.

Qualifications

Background in plastics processing and blow moulding.
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and automated lines.
Experience in food-grade or regulated manufacturing environments.
Sound understanding of WHS, Quality and Food Safety requirements.
Positive, hands-on approach with good communication.

Responsibilities

Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently to meet production requirements.
Monitor cycle times, machine performance and production output.
Manage machine start-ups, stoppages and process adjustments.
Ensure products meet quality specifications.
Troubleshoot equipment faults and escalate maintenance as needed.
Capture and record downtime using the shop floor system.
Monitor production performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Support continuous operation of blow moulders, leak testers, vision systems, conveyors and bagging equipment.
Assist with line changeovers and process optimisation activities.
Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to WHS and Food Safety requirements.
